The Science Behind Pixar is a cool exhibit currently on display at the California Science Center in Los Angeles.   It will be closing April 16th so if you are a Pixar fan and interested in how the Pixar movies are made you should definitely check it out.

We visited this past weekend and had a great time.   I took a bunch of pictures so I’ll split this up into 2 blog.   Part 1 will  cover the incredible recreations of Pixar characters that you can get photos with.

Part 2 will cover the exhibit itself and the 40 interactive exhibits that teach you about how the Pixar films are made.

Like Buzz Lightyear.

The Dory photo op includes an interactive display that allows you to change the lighting on the character.
