Our choice for Star Wars character of the Week this week is Lando. If you asked Lando he would tell you that he is the coolest cat in the Galaxy. We met him back in The Empire Strikes Back when he double crossed Han Solo in Cloud City. Lando will tell you he didn’t have a choice. He redeems himself in Return of the Jedi and we have loved him ever since then through books, Rebels, and his appearance in Solo.
If you follow this blog you will know that I would have watched a new Solo film every couple of years. Well I would have been first in line for a Lando film as well. The films may not happen, but I still hold out hope that maybe Han and or Lando will eventually find a home as a Disney+ Series.
