You couldn’t pick a better voice for a villain than Vincent Price. The horror movie legend lends his voice to the villainous rat Ratigan in The Great Mouse Detective. Even in so -so horror films Vincent Price is a delight to watch. Having him voice the villain in this animated Mouse version of a Sherlock Holmes adventure.
