Okay so this one i definitely didn’t pick up on right away. Once I found out I could totally here it. The character Billy Beagle on Mickey and the Roadster Racers is none other than ex late night talk show host Jay Leno. Billy Beagle is the over excited announcer of the racers the main characters compete in. I can’t believe I didn’t catch this one.
