“The Village Bride” surprised me in a good way. I didn’t like the animation style for this short film at all. After watching all 9 short films i’d have to say that I’m definitely still not an Anime fan and will probably not seek out any non-Star Wars anime. Even not being a fan of the animation the simple story of The Village Bride had a satisfying conclusion. The main character of the short stepping up and helping the village was very Star Wars and made up for my not liking the look of tye short film.
